Automated shades in the living and dining rooms lower when the sun is strongest. This regulates the temperature and protects rugs and furniture from the sun.

The custom entertainment center encompasses a 77” TV and Leon sound bar.

The kitchen ceiling contains Sonance DOS speakers, which are designed to match the light cans and have a minimal footprint.

A Crestron control panel is centrally located near the kitchen and controls all automated aspects of the home.

Wall outlets are installed using TRUFIG, a mounting system that hides outlets for a seamless look.

The 75” TV on the outdoor patio is prepared for the elements, with weatherproofed materials and an adjusted picture that takes the brightness of the sun into account. Sonance DOS speakers in the ceiling can play audio from the TV or the client’s favorite music.

A Sonance landscape audio system encircles the pool area.
