Recognizing the importance of service to our clientele, we assembled our Service Department to continue providing the unparalleled customer experience you have received with Captivate after project completion. Through the Service Department, we can assist you with tutorials, troubleshooting, service calls and system upgrades.
We are available weekdays for service calls between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. Response time for service calls to the home depend on technician availability.
Our rates for weekday service calls are:
Truck roll: $45
Technician: $150/hour
Programming: $150/hour
